State Capitol, Per The MNHS

- Admission“Admission to the State Capitol is free.” Suggested donation $5 per person for guided tours.
- ToursFree guided tours leave at the top of the hour and last 45 minutes, from the Information and Tour Center, Room 126. First tour 9:00 a.m. and last 3:00 p.m. Monday to Friday; first 10:00 a.m. and last 2:00 p.m. Saturday. Self-guided tours are also offered.
Museums, Per Their Own Pages
- Science Museum120 W. Kellogg Blvd. Sunday and Tuesday to Thursday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Friday and Saturday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.; closed Mondays, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Adults 18+ $34.95, youth 4 to 17 $24.95, under 4 free, Great Tix $3. Admission includes one Omnitheater show. Parking $15 a day.

- Landmark Center75 Fifth Street West, north side of Rice Park. Public hours Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Sunday noon to 5 p.m. Closed New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve after 3 p.m. and Christmas Day. Its visitor information center covers Saint Paul and Ramsey County.

The River
- Visitor centerThe National Park Service’s Mississippi River Visitor Center is at 111 E. Kellogg Blvd., Suite 105, Saint Paul. Phone 651-293-0200. We read no opening hours.
- Park hoursThe park is open year-round, 24 hours a day, except Mni Owe Sni (Coldwater Spring), 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.; partner sites set their own hours.
